It seems fortunately the stealth Gov. Khaemba of Trans Nzoia will actually leave office with a good legacy of building this marvelous hospital. Congratulations for this. National government, governors and CRA (county revenue authority) agreed that each county should get additional funding in the devolved funds to build a new level 5 hospital in each county.
