Trump is under intense pressure to lock down the country from now til next year. No going out of the house unless you’re deemed “essential.” May God help us all if Biden gets to power because ultimately the plan is to lock people up indefinitely (medical tyranny). It would help them achieve their other goal of reducing global emissions.

Hell awaits Trump for all the lives he will waste by refusing to implement measures that will stop the spread of Corona. Or better still, stop blocking the new administration who will at least try to salvage what is a really bleak situation. With winter on the way any self respecting government is implementing restrictions of some description to protect its people. Trump is finished with his cult of voters and does not care if they live or die. His narcissistic approach will have dire repercussions far beyond his term.
The states are already shutting down. The role of the federal govt would only be to set guidelines, especially when it comes to the school systems and acquisition of PPE.
