It’s canned fish, probably sardines as Vuja de mentioned and it comes with the sauce. And the ketchup is not the worst tasting part of it.

- Why would you put ketchup on fish? Ever tried tartar sauce or simply diced tomatoes, back pepper & salt and lemon juice. Add a little cilantro (raw) if you want.
