This report was released in May 2014. The cracks were observed and reported

This report was released in November 2017. The bridge has been destroyed.

The incompetence is almost the point of retardation. Ama nimeonea mtu?

Hehehehe, the cracks in the 1st vid. have got nothing to do with the washed out embankment in the second vid.
In the first vid it appears the piers and abutment are having differential settlement causing cracks and the bridge girders to slope
In the second vid. the embankment has been washed by flood waters cutting off the bridge deck from the highway
