Definitely not a smart TV. If that’s the case, then it is safe to aver that it is definitely a mediocre TV. For instance, it is almost certainly a HD ready TV, 768 pixels, so the pictures will leave pretty much to be desired. Except for the dvbt2, there ain’t no other useful feature you can enjoy. My opinion, if it is budget constraints, hata afadhali you downgrade to a 32 inch but smart TV, EG, itel Smart TV.
