UK should move on now, he has 38 days max to earn a second term and we all know he is the frontrunner, all he has to do is hit the campaign trail and talk to the people
Uhuru has already won this.
The only question is whether Raila will instruct his supporters to rest on voting day, or whether he will tell them to turn out in large numbers.
By bet is on him refusing to take part in the election,

In fact after Uhuru is announced the winner they should physically prevent submission of any petition. GSU + RWNEBP diehards should camp around the court building while other government agencies frustrate the judges until the 1week elapses. The assumption people are making that the wakora 4 can't annul it twice is risky and dangerous. There's no need trying to play fair when the other team doesn't give a damn about the country.

and fully ass grown men Liked this! OmG

amepea nasa leakage, all they have to do is sabotage the process and create enough doubt for another nullification
but the statement by maraga that he was will nullifythe election again was out of order completely, judges require wisdom but he must have bricks and mortar as his brain matter

I always maintain that when the final story of homo sapiens is written, Africans will get a special mention. A chapter even. Now, an institution charged with conducting elections fails to adhere to the rules. Rather than address this institutional challenges so that similar problems don't recur in future, we go hammer and tongs on one another. One must be either a liar or a raging idiot to believe that the last elections were free and fair. Legal scholars will tell you that Njoki Ndungu's ruling was strange.
MORAL OF THE STORY
Africans have no choice but to strengthen their institutions. That is the way. That is the only way.

How do you arrive
The will of over 14m was subverted. Over 8m were a majority and voted for UK and over 6m were minority and voted for RAO as their preferred candidates. Democracy being what it is, it dictates that the majority wins.
How do you arrive 8m because the figure is in question

No one contested the numbers....what was hotly contested was the process and the court ruled accordingly.
I am no expert but I will try to break it down for you. If you are old enough, you will remember the mlolongo system where cases were reported of candidates with the longest queues losing by some miracle to those with shorter queues. That should illustrate the importance of fidelity to process and due diligence. No way will one get results that are different from the process. The results arise from a process hence a flawed process= a flawed result.
Put differently, the ruling will outlive UOTP, RWNEBP, you and I. It is for our children's future. So get your head out of kamwana's or Raila's ass and see the ruling for what it is.

..... So get your head out of kamwana's or Raila's ass .....
You were sober in your response until you got here....
For your information, m not against the ruling, the majority judges in their own wisdom decided to annul the elections and their decision is final! that's the dictates of our constitution!
M sure you didn't follow the trail of what i was responding to but because u act holier and you think you r pure, u had to jump and try to educate me......yes educate me.
What i know is that, no one contested the numbers! no one! but the transmission process was heavily contested.....
For avoidance of doubt, Mr. Clean, i am team RWNEEEEBPORK.
