I have been scouring FB and Twitter like Kaparo is doing. It came to my realization that Raila’s side is more loud and abusive than Uhuru’s. I did a comparative test, which led me to check the numbers each of them commands as well as their contributions. As of now, on Twitter, Uhuru has 2.5M followers while Raila has 1.34M. On Facebook, Uhuru has 3.3M followers while Raila has 1.1M.
These figures have a flaw: there are people who follow both leaders on the two platforms. I want to think the most hardcore of Raila do not follow Uhuru and vice versa, but those who follow do so for attack and rebutting purposes. Uhuru is the current President, and may have followers outside the country. Raila was the former PM, and may have followers from outside the country. I also assume that access to both platforms is equal and evenly spread between the camps.
I sampled a few tweets from both handles and studied the likes, comments/replies, and reposts/retweets. Posts by Uhuru receive most negative remarks from likely Raila’s followers but most likes and retweets from his followers. Raila’s posts receive many positive remarks from his followers and few negative remarks from likely Uhuru fans, and many retweets and likes from his ardent followers.
In view of the above, I may conclude that Raila’s followers are few and very active unlike Uhuru’s. On the other hand, Uhuru’s followers are many and inactive. With such a ‘shallow’ comparison, I can claim that the majority is silent. Given that politricks is now digital, that conclusion partly explains why Raila and fans do not see it coming until they are hit in the face. It ‘may’ also explain the reason they do not have specific claims for their failure because they are drunk with hate and spend time deluding themselves instead of convincing the opponents and undecided voters to join them.
Views expressed here are similar to those of the crocodile as in my avatar: I patiently lay in wait until I catch a big one. Asande.

bullocks … what formula did you use to weigh and compare the two mr. sycophant?
I guess ni kama ile formula ya kina Otiende Amolo et al. A quick study: just open the pages in two tabs and apply split screen then go through them. I may not be right, but it does not mean you are right either.
You are totally right. JAP commands the silent majority, while NASA commands the loud minority. It is even visible in campaigns. NASA campaigns in JAP regions without any hitches. The only time this changed was when the regions booed NASA guys in retaliation. NASA regions, on the other side, will not welcome JAP campaigns. You would think that it means, as NASA thought before 8/8, that they had made inroads into JAP strongholds whereas the opposite was actually true. Silent Majority in action!
I have come to hate twitter because of its trendsetters akina nyakundi ,Nelson Havi , kamba pundit and many more who think they are always right. Not forgetin miguna miguna the blogger .Meffi sana.
