Based on the below analysis I saw somewhere, then there is no chance Raila can be president. Uhuru's eyes are firmly on the prize, and thats why I think Raila's camp is always disorganised and myopic, and thats why their only focus now is on the court verdict, while Kmwana is scheming.

Even secession is not a plan because there does not exist a mechanism for it. The governors duly elected are so done by law. Many are serving their second and last term. Then they will have to begin angling for higher office, at least cabinet secretary. Anybody not elected now has a sysiphean task ahead.
