I rebooted my old sony phone in order to sell it, however after the initial phase, the phone was reset intothe manufacturers language.I cannot fully complete the process since i am not familiar with Japanese. Willling to offer a small fee for the help.

juu when you flash a rom it should just boot up normally as long as hakuna error kwa logs za flashtool na iseme flashing successful

Are you sure the boot menu is in Japanese and not Chinese?

install flashtool then save the ftf kwa folder ya flashtool.

use the flashtool to prepare the ftf file then connect your phone in flashmode to flash, easy peasy
