URINE CHECK

A good indication of whether you are getting adequate hydration is the colour of your urine. Your urine should be clear or almost clear. If it is yellow or dark yellow, you likely aren’t getting enough water. Keep yourself hydrated so as to maintain proper balance, keep stress at bay and improve overall effectiveness in your activities.

Mine is red,i think i need a bottle of beer

Enda hospitali. Red urine is not good news.

Us gents its easy to tell. But how can the Ladies tell from theirs???

My guess huwa by checking if the water in the toilet bowl changes its colour which can only be done by Amber/Honey and Syrup/Brown Ale last two.

Besides Urine is there any other way of telling??

Hii ni Kaswende ama kisonono

I get your point when it comes to a woman having to check her urine out may be a bit challenging, but not to dwell much on that, the above is just a simple indicator but not of itself an exhaustive way of examining whether a person has a problem telling from the colour of urine. There are other ways too. But as we have seen there, normal urine color ranges from pale yellow to deep amber — the result of a pigment called urochrome and how diluted or concentrated the urine is.

One may also need to note that pigments and other compounds in certain foods and medications can change your urine color. Beets, berries and some beans are among the foods most likely to affect the colour. Many over-the-counter and prescription medications give urine vivid tones, such as red, yellow or greenish blue. An unusual urine colour can be a sign of disease. For instance, deep red to brown urine is an identifying characteristic of porphyria, a rare, inherited disorder of red blood cells.

Normal urine colour varies, depending on how much water you drink. Fluids dilute the yellow pigments in urine, so the more you drink, the clearer your urine looks. When you drink less, the color becomes more concentrated. Severe dehydration can produce urine the colour of amber. But you are advised to seek medical help if you have:
a - Visible blood in your urine. Bloody urine is common in urinary tract infections and kidney stones. These problems usually cause pain. Painless bleeding might signal a more-serious problem, such as cancer.
b -Dark or orange urine. If your urine is dark or orange — particularly if you also have pale stools and yellow skin and eyes — your liver might be malfunctioning. That is when you need to go have more checks done to find out what really is going on.

No. You are menstruating through your small penis.

@Sogomba Sadamkale that was a very nasty insult

My brother also had to take a urine test but he was using drugs and he was going to have big problems. The idea was that he did not use drugs to have fun but to take away the pain that was unbearable due to health problems. In the end, he found out about synthetic urine which can hide that you use drugs, and even if he knew he was taking a lot of risks, he still tried and even succeeded, nobody understood anything. I know that many people know nothing about synthetic urine, so I can leave here a site where everything about it is described in detail https://studentswithdiabetes.com/best-synthetic-urine-brands/ I hope it will be useful for you.

Could you tell me some more information about it? Let’s talk in PM
