as guru amesema, see your station commisioner…and have a letter addressed to the commisioner stating that there was fault while choosing your tax obligation. Also indicate unataka “kusamehewa” the accrued penalties/dues. Had the same problem a while back, singepata TCC
You had a lot of time to do amendments for your tax obligations but you didn’t.

I had to proof that I was a student and that I applied for the pin to assist me get helb loan. I didn’t have a school ID as they required, so I attached helb disbursement receipts, and a fee statement. That was last year.
