What was he doing?!? Apparently surveillance cameras have him on record “trespassing” this construction site on numerous occasions since October 2019. While his behavior doesn’t absolve the two murder suspects from any wrongdoing, it certainly raises important questions that will need to be addressed.
BRUNSWICK, Ga. (WJXT/CNN) – Newly-released video in the investigation into the February shooting death of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery appears to show him at a construction site of a Georgia home just moments before he was confronted and fatally shot.
Arbery’s family has confirmed it is him.
In the video, Arbery looks around and then walks out.
Shortly after this, Arbery was stopped while running by Travis and Greg McMichael, then shot and killed.
News 4 Jax I-team reporter Kelly Wiley learned of other videos showing Arbery on Thursday from the same attorney who released the video of the shooting.
She tracked down the property owner to get the clip.

In a side-by-side of the final video of the site and the shooting video that happened the same day, Arbery is seen wearing the same clothing.
Now, the question is whether the new video will play a role in both the initial Glenn County investigation where charges were not filed against the McMichaels, as well as the following GBI investigation where felony murder charges were filed.
Those guns loved by pot bellied, bearded, confederate loving white men were bought to protect themselves from you. And to hunt you down.

Well, I don’t know about that but the truth always comes out eventually. This is why black people get a bad rap. What was he doing in someone’s property? That was wrong and illegal. This video evidence betrays the fact that he had ulterior motives. Did they search his pockets? Perhaps he was hiding some stolen items.
His innocence or guilt doesn’t matter, and frankly this video proves nothing.
The only video that shows a crime being committed is the one where the guy was chased down, hunted and shot dead.
The video which police sat on for 2 months saying it was self defense.
If 2 black men chased down a white man they thought was a thief and shot him on some sidewalk, hell would have been rained upon them.
Sure everyone deserves to have a fair hearing and the penalty for robbery isn’t death. We get that. However you realize that to win the hearts and minds of racists and convince them that we’re not thugs means that we have to stand blameless before the court of public opinion.

The Arbery shooting has three sides.
We saw the first side where he was shot when jogging.
We are now seeing the second side of the story that is giving credence to the shooters, that he was a suspicious black man.
But now, which is the third side? This was the side the police was supposed to do. This was supposed to be the investigations after he was caught by the police.
But since it is America, fellow gunwielding men can decide your fate in a heartbeat, without any rationality.
I remember reading in an article the state the shooting happened in prohibits citizens from actively pursuing suspects on the run for the purpose of detaining them.
Another important fact you need to know is you can’t use self defence in a court of law if you were the first to instigate a physical confrontation, by that facts the white dudes were guilty as fuck and they’re going down for murder in the first degree.

You don’t need to prove yourself to anyone in order to change someone’s view of your population. If a person can’t comprehend that people are different and groups them as a population with a criminal, thuglike tendency then the person is not rational and belongs in the same groupings as animals.
That’s true but this world isn’t fair to black people and never will be. If I made the same mistake as my white colleague, my entire qualifications and skills would be called into question which would also affect how my fellow black colleague is viewed by the mainstream culture at work.
For you to appreciate the insidiousness of racism you must accept that black people are held to impossible standards, everything we do is magnified and associated with the color of our skin. This new video is sad because it injects an element of doubt and suspicion into what should be an open-and-shut case.
The new video was released for one single purpose. To cast doubt and not believe what you saw with your own eyes.
It will be circulated well in conservative and racist forums. Because they are looking for a justification for the shooting.
White people don’t need to be your friends. You don’t need to care what standards you are held to.
Blacks were taken their without their consent, and they don’t need to apologize for being there.
