There are 3 pertinent questions to be answered:

1. Whether fresh nominations were necessary.
2. Whether the election was valid although not undertaken in every constituency as envisaged by the constitution.
3. Whether Raila's withdrawal was valid and what was the effect of his withdrawal on the entire process of the presidential election.

I think it will be annulled.
