I saw a new Renault SUV with a starting price close to that amount. Way to go. Mtumba ex japan chieth.

Back on topic, in the near future buying a local new assembly car will be cheaper than importing a used car of the same specs. There was a Chinese carmaker which was to do this 3 years ago but their marketing was poor.
