data is on but tecno j8 cant access watsapp its stuck no message no reply and funny thing its working quite fine on wi fi.
all application are running okay with data and I have tried looking for google answer but nothing has change it.
help any tech guru out there

Weka hiyo tecno kwa charge. Then make sure the brightness is full. This is very important. Geuza simu na ufungua kifuniko ya beta. After that chukua sufuria Ile kubwa ya ugali. Hapa hatutaki ujinga ya non stick. Mukura lazima tupate. Wekelea sufuria juu ya beta hadi maji ichemke. Mwaga unga and mix properly. Regulate heat by turning down the brightness.
Ugali ikiiva piga picha na utumie kunguru na whatsapp.

Faced that problem before… Solution… Back up… restore factory settings, reinstall whatsapp… utaona iko poa sasa…
