Water Rationing

I’m following a thread in the tenants whatsapp group and we’re informed that the water levels in the reservoir tanks are low since water hasn’t been available for about 5 days. Nairobi Water guys were seen around a manhole where the main water valve is located same day water stopped coming.
There’s a suggestion tuchange kitu we give some Nairobi Water guys angalau wafungulie maji as before. Kumbe this is what these ninjas do.
But also why should we bare the costs while even the neighboring apartments will get water na hawatachangia anything? I think we share a common water line

Sijaelewa swali.

Hehehe inaonekana Kuna watu wa Nairobi water wanataka kupewa kakitu watufungulie maji because we’ve never lacked water. Because we share the main line with other apartments, hata wao wameambiwa watoe?
