First check if you have some unallocated partition/space, if you do allocate it back to the partition you were shrinking
If there is no unallocated partion/space remove HD and slave it on different machine and run a deep scan
P.S DONT MANUALLY MOVE/COPY ANYTHING TO THE HD BEFORE RECOVERY OTHERWISE YOU WILL OVERWRITTE ANY ORPHANED SECTORS
