Considering the way Jubilee is organized they might actually pay some law interns to go through them. 9000/200 = 45 pages each and whoever tears down that evidence gets a bonus. If you think of it that way, this is nothing but show of who's smarter now. Those senior counsel have enough money anyway to get the man power.
