I was 91 kgs in January. Today am 79. Gym and diet. In the gym I do all three, cardio, strength an toning. Rarely eat stuff made in the factory, and no artificial sugar either.

That approach is called intermittent fasting. However you are not supposed to skip meals rather eat within a specified window
