corruption is rife. we were in range of KES 18000 per child when my son was born, now I hear we are in the range of KES 85000 per child. Spear is paid to a job. He is serving his masters well. Bloggers were paid to sanitize the thieving class. Don’t expect him or Itumbi (if its not the same dude) to deviate from 'serikali tukufu" lines. Now, as for these others that cheer him on, sijui shida yao ni nini.
Same applies to media houses - invite CSs, PSs to your panels or go and interview them in their offices, if you invite Itumbi you’ll get denials. He has nothing to lose by lying through his teeth - thats his job description.
