IT OCCURRED TODAY 28/08/2017 AT ABOUT 15.54 HRS AT THE SUPREME COURT OF KENYA. NO.99189 PC SIMON LONYANG OF GSU HEADQUARTERS VIP PROTECTION CURRENTLY ATTACHED TO HON. SENATOR ELECT MOSES WETANGULA CREATED DISTURBANCE BY FORCING HIMSELF TO THE COURT WHILE ARMED . HE DEFIED ORDERS BY OFFICERS MANNING THE ENTRANCE , PUSHED THEM AND GRABBED THE OCPD CENTRAL MR. ROBINSON THUKU SSP BY THE COLLAR OF HIS UNIFORM. HE WAS RESTRAINED , DISARMED OF HIS OFFICIAL FIREARM MAKE JERICHO PISTOL S/NO. 41312050 LOADED WITH 14 RDS OF 9MM AMMUNATION. HE HAS BEEN PLACED IN CUSTODY AND TO BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY.

Junior wa GSU alitharau senior wake wa regular police to the extent of almost hitting out with his fist, this is a serious indiscipline on his part. Assuredly Weta will file the case in court for his reinstation but the guy will still have to face the inhouse disciplinary unit despite any remedy by the court.
