Fact is, most of the domesticated dogs are harmless. I have lived in apartments with such and they dont cause any kinda shit (apart from the one that comes out their rear ends). At most they sniff you or approach you in a friendly/playfull way…

She should leash it hata kama it is friendly. You dont stop at a red light because there is no car in the box. You do it because the light is red and rules direct that you stop.
Americans are hooked on race. Take for instance the name Karen has racial and class based connotations to it. When two americans of different races come together, they will not behave ‘normally’. There is always something to prove to each other. A pathetic life I would say.
I typically pass red traffic lights except in cbd (traffic marshalls wako weekdays) when there are no cars or pedestrians coming from the direction with green lights

Tru dat. Jana I jumped a light in cbd. Empty street. I was staring at a senior city askari in the eye as I did it. He arrested me, of course, for about 3 mins while a searched for a convenient parking. I talked my way out of it but later in the afternoon when I came to the same red light empty box, I stopped. The same cop was still there, he smiled and waved and we laughed a bit. On the greenlight, I proceeded.
We dont know when our dog will attack someone’s dog, dogs can be unpredictable. Does not help much that we do not speak dog…I hear dogs speak in ultrasonic frequencies. Dogs should remain on a leash while out and about. I have read of loving peaceful family dogs chomping their owners and babies…

Those who leave dogs with babies are imbeciles. They forget that domesticated dogs, though friendly, are still carnivorous.
The only case of chomping I have heard this indonesian jamaa who left his dogs unfed for 2 weeks alafu came back home to a “roaring” welcome:

This was a small issue that was blown out of proportion by both the man and the woman. Central Park is considered dangerous, but there was no reason to record her, and refuse to stop when asked to, and there was no reason for her not to leash her dog (it’s the law), or to escalate it by calling the police.
