What's going on here

Just saw this flying object in the sky then decided to check what it was on flight radar only to see this bizarre flying pattern from the supposed plane...
Could it be some UFO or is it a military plane carrying out reconnaissance ?

i feel there’s more to these loons than just what’s stated about 4g internet. Kenya is served quite well with 4g internet. Why do we need these loons?
i think they’re more for surveillance than internet
