Whats it with win7 sp1

I formatted my laptop last week am a win 7 sp1 user and i realised it used to hung after niliupdate…thats wen ikapatana na format…now am realising the new win7 i installed imeanza tabia pia after nimeupdate windows defender…wadau nipeni solutin…amd turion toshiba model

Bado watu wako windows 7? Eka 10 uwache upuss

Vile umeambiwa hapo juu…upgrade to Win 10.

Run other W7 updates as well, besides SP1.
