If Weston Hotel is demolished, the importance of holding a high office in Kenya will become negligible. It is well known that rich people fight for political posts in order to be in a position to protect their properties. If somebody in the second most powerful political post in the country cannot prevent a luxury hotel he owns being brought down, what is the essence of his position then?
