Am not sure what this is but you can get it in Electronic shops that stocks satellite dishes and decoders.

You’re unlikely to get it locally. I got my SatLink WS-6918P from China via AliExpress in 2012. Last year, I got another for my installer relative from the same place.
Every vendor has various shipping options. Click on them and choose what favors you.
