Hio 40 K per square meter is the estimated cost of building ya Kenya at the moment ,if you budget less than that ,nyumba will be of substandard quality or shoddy workmanship.
7 million can build you a maisonette ya 175 square meter s with good quality .Chunga you don’t build a house that will cost you more in repair s, modifications or other unnecessary costs later .
