Which media house in kenya is not partisan in terms of news reporting?

Jana mzae alipeana uzalendo awards to some 8 Citizen tv journalists, including their MD Wachira waruru…so hakuna vile kutawai kuwa na news critical against the government or the reality of things on the ground…

Lat week k24 na ktn wameanza kushirikiana…still from zamani we know who the owners are so there’s really no independence…

KBC nayo, well lets not even go there…

the good news is that there are upcoming many other tv stations like tv47 and switch tv ,they’re actually decent …

No wonder… I was asking myself why he thought creating a new presidential award was a priority. Kumbe it’s rewarding loyal lapdogs in the media.

Hiyo switch TV itolewe. Its all about slay queens and kings saying this and that. How can i delete it forever from my list of channels

Unamuita mzae nikadhani ni buda ako…stop being a sissy and call him Konyagi like everyone else

The mainstream media in Kenya are lapdogs of the Executive

kiss tv

:D:D…mzae ni mzae…hii ni code pale base ndio msipatikane na watu wa intell

hii kitu inakuwanga?

saw vile ile interview ya mzae kwa ntv was staged?there’s dude from aljazeera, huyo ndio huwaweza

Sjui

Just five years ago, every other jubilee supporter( euphemism for kikuyu),referred to citizen tv as CORD TV

kwani what happened?

there is nothing wrong with media houses taking positions, it’s practiced all over the world. Non-partisan mainstream news media houses dont survive

 nko hapa nyuma yako

Ghafla, Mpasho na Edgar Obare hawako biased

Mimi ndio hukaa nyuma ya watu.

Hii ni kama kuulizia virgin maternity ward…

PPP TV iko sawa for local content

There is no single media house that is not biased in one way or another. They are led by bosses with certain political and socio-economic opinions at any particular time. In Kenya however, the bias is not absolute and TV/radio stations will try to look as neutral as possible with regard to reporting of news and current affairs. But around 20% of the content will be purely the station’s own opinion. It’s up to you as the viewer to discern how much salt or sugar they have added in. That’s why it’s better to watch various channels for news as opposed to sticking with just one.
