hio haul ni kaa mangapi hivi
I'm not sure but if I have to make an intelligent guess if it's for the local market, you're looking at at least 10 million shillings. If it's going out of the country multiply that by 4... The amount you see on tv ati wameshika and they would like to thank the local community for tip offs is only a small, tiny percentage of what's being moved. One of the reasons cannabis is so hard to legalize is that it's so lucrative to everyone who's involved in it, whether it's the farmer, the police who eat the bribes, the guy who's paid to go down if the haul is intercepted or the smugglers. None of these people want to see drugs legalized ever.

Why do they pack it in those long rolls? Kitambo it used to be 'stones' kama tp.
NKT!

The services of these askaris should be focused on the fight against Hard drugs kama kichuri and cocaine which are destroying our youth at an alarming rate but nobody seems to see that. Bangi has never harmed anyone;the worst that could happen to you is you might eat everything around you or it turns you into a zombie...Zero Harm caused. Hawa askari wanafaa watumwe kutafuta terrorists sio kupigwa picha na mikoba ya a naturally growing herb.

All drugs should be legal. If you are an alcohol addict, you get the option of joining alcoholics anonymous. You have your family around you and you never fear being arrested and spending years in remand. Why should it not be the same for a cocaine or heroine addict? When arguing about the legalization of drugs, it's not about how harmful or otherwise a certain drug is. It's about whether the policy of sending sick people (addiction is recognized the world over as a disease) to prison and not to hospital is effective at combating the problem.

Like I wrote up there, the biggest proponents for keeping drugs illegal are the drug traffickers themselves. An effective policy towards drugs abuse is, as contrary as it may seem, to make drugs legal, cheap and easily available to anyone over the age of consent.

I am not sure that i can agree with you that all drugs should be legalised.
I lost 3 Very close friends to Heroin and as much as i am liberal and would like to think that i have an open mind on most issues,i know that Heroin doesn`t give you an option to quit once you have indulged in it so many times. Same thing for Crack cocaine.
I don`t smoke grass since i quit smoking sigara and bangi gave me that option and choice But my hommies didn`t get that choice when they experimented with Heroin and Crack;! they are now six feet under and i know they were good people like you and me only they "played" with highly addictive, synthetic and poisonous substances that comes straight from the Devil.
I think you would change your mind if you saw someone close to you start on the path of Heroin and Crack. It is a sad journey with one sad ending and there is nothing you or the victim can do until they are dead.
