Who Knows A Better Internet Provider to Zuku?

Whatever is happening to Zuku?for the past one week i have had no internet in the house and have been contacting them.Customer care is all over the place not even knowing what is happening to internet in a certain area other than taking ages and wasting my airtime and i finally got a response that the our whole area is affected. They do not communicate in advance. It has reached a breaking point and i see myself returning their equipment so that they remove me from their services.who knows a stable internet provider for wi-fi?,i dont mind spending extra but for better connection,i want out of Zuku,i am done, and i advice talkers or those considering to getting wifi to proceed with Zuku at your own peril, one of the most incompetent private company in Kenya. My speedtest is at 0.1mbps.even opening a darn speedtest site takes time

Mimi pia two weeks of upus in different locations. Naskia Safcom fibre iko poa na cheaper.

The day Safcom fibre itafika mwambasa watu was Zuku wataona mwenda. Will practically carry and dump their equipment at their office!

#Resist safarigone.

I must be the luckiest Zuku customer. Have only experienced internet outage for thirty minutes at home once since I signed up with them

I have been with Zuku for over a year now…Can’t complain. It’s funny because my internet is fairly fast but my friend who lives not far away is always complaining about Zuku internet speed. Labda wao ndio hunyongea watu flani internet.

Di

Different zones have different connectivity… And different prices… Like in imara for 5mbps we pay ksh. 2,199… The same speed in pipeline and umoja… Its ksh. 1,299.

Anyways… Pia mimi I’ve had a crapy connection this month… But it’s because they have somekind of systems upgrade… Atleast that’s what they are giving as the excuse…

But what you simply do is… Write an email to the billing department… And ask for a refund… Thank me later…

Same experience

I use neither and I am happy. I use T-zan

Safaricom fiber mambo yote. Never been so happy. Zuku sirudi hata wapunguze bei na 50%

False

Maybe Ur connected with true fibre cable and your fren was connected with coaxial cable which is what they are doing with new customers which automatically affects speed

Zuku had improved slightly, then became very crappy over the last few months.
search for zuku on Twitter and see all those complaints flowing in every minute. Kumbe tuko wengi

Safcom are great.
I use the 10mbps package at home.
ZUKU na DSTV nilisahau kitambo.

What’s your location? Zuku’s internet depends highly on location, kama mko wengi connected to the same node inakua balaa…try safaricom home or telkom. na kuna ingine by the name surf kenya, anybody who has used it?

Talked to customer care and they claimed I had capped by bandwidth for the month. Ati my connection was somehow now hogging all the internet. Wasenz ata page ya speedtest haiload, waka nipeleka in circles for a few days.

I dream of the day nitapea Nephew hammer na zuku equipment atoe stress yake. But niko stuck for now juu Safaricom na JTL are not available in our neck of the woods (Greeni)… niko hopeful nitapata revenge one day:p

I used grin nikiskia watu wakisema connections zao ziko na noma, little did I know saitan ya zuku ilikuwa inanitafuta. Two weeks now siwezi ata tumia dstv now, nawashanga torrent just for the heck of it:D:D:D

Bachelor tunajua we huingia saa saba usiku nyumbani

Nigger uko lucky, lakini inakaa ile wakati wa cable kukatika hukuwa ume sign up.
For around a year now sijakuwa na complains, speed saa zingine ndio hushuka, but the previous 2 years, ilikuwa shida bin shida.
Safcom is spreading pole pole sana, with all that financial might sijui nini is holding them back

I too find myself in that ‘lucky customers’ bracket. The longest I’ve been without net was two days, and i only came to discover that Its the router that had problem. I called customer care on a sato and the next day a tech team brought me a new router; on a Sunday…
I also came to realize they prioritize veteran customers who have been with them for long without disconnections za saa zote…
