As they enter the ka room, they push the metallic door with their bare hands inadvertently exposing themselves to the virus. There is no hands sanitizer in sight.
Btw bank to mpesa withdrawals are free of charge.
I stopped using ATM five years ago. I withdraw all my money either through mpesa or Equitel line.
