No one understands why people get radicalized to carry out such a thing.
Is it for money? Well what good is money to you if you’re dead.
Is it for religion and presumed benefits, well it’s not stated anywhere in the religous books , that killing innocent civilians will get you to paradise.
Then why do people go down this road?

Same reason people commit suicide. When you believe you have nothing to live for any offer to exit this world seems sensible. Those terrorists had accepted their day had come. They only hoped that they would go down fighting and take as many with them. Which is exactly what they got.

Yes I agree. Deaths by terrorism in Kenya are negligible if we’re to go by numbers. Number 1 killer of Kenyans is disease then road accidents
