Why you should never drink Bottled water again(now that I cant sleep

  1. Bottled water is glorified tap water at 100 times the cost
    But hii ni obvious

  2. Many bottled waters contain toxins like BPA
Water companies increasingly use BPA-free plastic, but laced into plastic bottles are other
chemicals that can seep out if bottles are exposed to heat/microwave or sit around for a long time.

  3. Bad for marine life

etc, etc

Ongezea hapo chini with some scientific backing or propaganda

BPA ni nini, when you use an abbreviation for the first time you should write it in full

bulshit
don’t generalize and don’t haribia jina genuine hardworking entrpenuers

I have my own water(bottled) company na Hata hiyo lugha unaongea sielewi…before you start commercializing water you must have a clearance certificate from KEBS ,take a water sample to their labs… Together with your bottles

kwani tap water sio maji? kuna kinyozi ya chwani na kuna ya mia tano

With or without KEBS it is absolute meaningless. I doubt anybody here goes looking for the ‘brand of quality’ when buying products. You just ask a friend, “Hi maji imewai kufanya uhare?”:D:D

Hahahahah…I totally agree with you… But random searches kwa supermarket shelves maji yako ipatikane Si halali ,my Fren utaitana.it’s better to be safe than sorry.in order to get good tenders some companies huitisha such clearance documents. Ningekushow my brand but ktalk CSI watafanya kazi wanijue:D

BPA stands for bisphenol A. BPA is an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1960s.
BPA is found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. Polycarbonate plastics are often used in containers that store food and beverages, such as water bottles.

Niko kwa industry ya plastic cans pia, will have to shift focus to glass cans

Plastic bottles and cans should be banned just like polythene bags

Bits of plastic get into our food from containers. The process is called “leaching” or “migration.”
The chemical industry acknowledges that you can’t avoid this transfer

Heating food in plastic seems to increase the amount that’s transferred to food. Migration also increases when plastic touches fatty, salty, or acidic foods.

Two suspects are under active investigation: bisphenol A and a class of chemicals called phthalates.

BPA disrupt reproductive development and function in laboratory animals. Levels in humans were thought to be too low to be of concern, but more recent research has challenged that perception

Higher levels of phthalates in the body have been linked to low sperm countand quality in adult men. In one highly publicized study, pregnant women with higher levels of phthalates were more likely to bear baby boys with subtle genital changes – namely, a slightly shorter distance between the anus and scrotum.

One large, well-conducted study in humans showed that people who had high levels of BPA in the urine had a higher rate of diabetes, heart disease, and liver toxicity.

Hapa Mimi nitasema bora uhai, and the earth as we know it, is not necessarily flat.

Nimekuelewa but BPA kidogo sio mbaya kwa mwili vile …kitu mbaya ni ku melt hiyo chupa then ukunywe, athawais kitunguu lazima inuke…about hiyo biz yako ,where are you based?

Avoid water in plastic bottles, but by all means consume as much contaminated sugar in your tea as you wish.

So you are concerned more about anonymity than business?
Very strange way of conducting business if you ask me.

You read my mind.
When I weigh most options vs money, money almost always wins.

Ndio inaitangwa ujinga, how many people can promote his business here? Many but he wants to remain anonymous heri alale jaa

Sanda kwa kufafanua.

@suspect knows he’s mentioned one too many suspect things in this village.

Nonesense. I work at a Mineral Water Bottling Company na I take a walk thru the production plant…hio purification process and the water is clean. hadi the Lab tests we do before the batches are released to market.
Any issues with the water like Greening etc are always on the end user’s fault…like exposing the bottles to direct sunlight for prolonged periods and a dirty unserviced dispenser etc.
