60-year-old Justice Ouko emerged top among other contenders including Justice Said Juma Chitembwe, Justice Marete Njagi, justice Matthews Nduma, lawyer Alice Yano, Justice Sergon Joseph Kiplagat and Dr. Nyaberi Lumumba.

Justice Ouko was born in 1961 in Siaya County.

He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi in 1986, a post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law in 1987 before he was admitted to the Roll of Advocates the same year.

Hongera!

Sawa tu.
But Uhuru has his own weird ways of doing things. Always does his best to promote distrust among his detractors who really love bashing him. Like in this instance, his government announced that today is a public holiday, halafu now this announcement! No wonder people are wary of nighttime court processions and judgements that are always in his favour!

 I thought you meant the other Uilliam.
