I don’t know what I did but I totally fcuked up the wiper transmission system in my Mistrubishi. The wipers just go for about 2 mins and then totally bail. My wiring guy advised that i have to buy a new kasystem for the motor which resembles the one in the photo below. Now talkers who knows an expert at wiper systems and or a shop that has specialized in the same where I can get this part. Contacts too if possible. Thanks

  • kagari kaingine apo (saizo ni mercedez yake kwanza)
  • Mechanic fulani wa grogon (Saizo gari ilikuwa DT Dobie)
  • any1 know where machokos sell stolen wiper systems

u will be shocked that just a simple fuse will sort u out! no need to dismantle the system. fuse ni 20bob and you can do it urself. if it doesnt sort u out then buy a new system.

Try a different wiring mech and you may be surprised ni kaissue kadogo tu.

That’s a motor so it is either running or it ain’t. Hakuna mambo ya 2minutes hapo. Seek a second opinion

Does it run again after it cools down?

Yes slowly then gradually it gains speeed and then stalls

usually the wiper motor is sealed so cant be serviced kama za gari za kitambo, once opened itakuwa na issues. try get second opinion vile Young na karema-hiti wamesema, if still faulty, source for another motor huko Bunyala Road, the ex-jap spares shops

what actually did you do? did you remove it from its assembly? maybe when putting back you didn’t realign it properly?

As guys have suggested above, best option is to get a working component and test so that you troubleshoot the exact component that is failing. Most likely it is the motor. Looking for the exact fuse/capacitor/wire to replace in that assembly will be too time consuming.

I was just cleaning my screen one day when it stalled and made a small bursting sound. When I tried to start my car it couldn’t start then I saw smoke coming into the car. I called a mechanic akaniambia my car imeshot. he removed the ka motor thing and jump started the car. He told me the kasystem had shot but he could rewire which he did and it worked for the next two weeks then now it wipes for a lil bit then inastall on sunday I drove over 10 KMs kama zimesimama and they refused to come down.

Most likely ni motor ime chapa…when the motor is dismounted does it run continously? if not…replace it

Yes. I did. The whole motor assembly thing was replaced with a part from a salvage Pajero
