ideally ,if they were honest in their push for equality,they should push for harmonisation,but just like all other women in the world,they will keep silent coz it is always ok when they have an edge over men or the oppression is coming from a woman!!!

Recruit people based on qualification. If you place a gender quota in the office you end up with complacent entitled “place-holders”. Everyone needs to know they can be replaced by a person from either gender.
