writing imei on infinix x559c has failed it is a MediaTek mt6580. i need a working ap bp base file the one i have doesn’t work. this is after flashing the custom rom for the phone.

Before doing anything always back up your rom and anything else
pull ap dp files from your phone using solid explorer
not a permanent solution, if you hard reset you lose the imei again
Maui Meta tool or After sales service tool and you’re sorted forever. Boxes should do it too. Thank me later.

MTK engineering only works up-to lollipop version of Android. From 6 upwards it won’t tweak the imei.
i once accidentally deleted IMEI and tried all methods none was able to work had to take my phone to service centre and was sorted
i decided to download another rom with apdb files available and succesfully wrote the imei back i also downloaded Maui Meta tool ikanichanganya but i will try learning how to used it.
the problem is that i had flashed the phone with a new rom
