Performance wise the Redmi Note 8 is fantastic…
I have owned a Xiaomi redmi note 5,redmi s2 and currently using a redmi note 8 phone. The hardware is fantastic and the ui is nice with useful short cuts. They all have an infrared blaster useful as a remote control for your electronics. Hey the note 8 has an impressive camera especially if you download a gcam apk-low light shots are fantastic.

I have seen guys complain much about Pixel Rom on XDA (Raphael ya Mi 9T Pro to be specific), so I will have to wait before I flash stock Android hapa.
Before this I was on Redmi Note 4, which I later flashed Stock Android. I think nimechoka na MI UI sasa.
