In there i had several thoughts:

[li]The young people are coming up pretty fast. They are equally even more hungrier. They pose competition and may edge us out of jobs and consulting opportunities. Given that us who are above 40 ndio kusema, we need to retaliate and ensure they are suppressed. Give them opportunities that really arent the best. When they get opportunities at your workplace, pair them up with opposite sexes. They sex their lives out and lose focus.[/li][li]Young people sense of entitlement is sickening. All this is caused by the new constitution. All above 40 year olds should purpose to repeal specific provisions in the constitution that gift rights to the masses.[/li][li]Affirmative action by the president is gifting young people opportunities to do business and undertake contracts and disadvantaging the old. Coupled by a generation of young people that is awash with money courtesy of the county governments, money is no longer an inhibitor. This affirmative action needs to be repealed ASAP. All over 40 year olds to see that such opportunities are minimised[/li][li]Young ladies hawana adabu but midomo ni kubwa sana. To counter this viherehere, old cultural practices to be promoted albeit with medical supervision. We stand to promote this as it is us over 40 year olds who have kids and determine our communities discourse. Importantly, circumcision should not discriminate against gender as it is against the first paragraph of our constitution.[/li][/ol]
