u can just let them hack and look up their mac id in ua router settings and deny them internet access permanently.

Thats what my school did to me juu ya heavy downloads. So nikaenda lab ya faculty of engineering recorded mac address ya comp zote. So everytime he blocked mine i would change to adress ya comp za lab soon like all comps kwa lab were blocked… Niccur gave up

Those neighbours waki spoof their mac address to the one you are using utadoo?
They are not that advanced they just want to see the WiFi icon in their status bar…nawaambia network iko down
