Plastic causes cancer

Except mahindi iko na aflatoxin na pia ukiweka chakula moto kwa plastic, the plastic transfers to the food.

macho safi (na mimi si Mluhya)

makosa …

Very good. I just recently learned how much kitungu, hoho and garlic can be crushed by the blendar to produce some real good taste in some thick gravy to pour into the stew.

Our Grand parents in Cendro used to fry the onion with some oil. They knew that aroma and taste was awesome and would change the whole food scenario.

I miss them and their cooking…nyungu, muhu, and planting and harvesting…maize, beans (they name the beanso_O, potatoso_O, ngwache, nduma and lastly bananas…

Miiien I am off now to make some matoke dinner for the household tonight.

natural is the new wave

Recipe will be:

  1. Matoke bananas bought in Dedford where Ugandans reside in Lando find them here…

Think I have realised where the marriage prob lies. You men want us we women to cook for you and serve you. I used to order chapos from some Kenyan couple that are doing so well but bwana wangu started telling me to try and make them myself as he prefers my energy and all that. Tru say, he munches them as I cook.

We like it when you make the food for us. That’s one big reason why we married you.

And the trick is knowing what your man likes eating…lakini sio mathogothanio men. It is that man…who appreciates and also does extra stuff like bills, hardware in the house, tells the shudren what to do… tells me where we are financially, good in bed, cuddles and all that.
Now that is what I have…

aflotoxin kwa mahindi monsato kwa maharagwe:D:D:D
