Zuku Business option, this is what 14,999Kshs gets you per month in reality, and customers can hardly gets through to customer care, even when you do call and get through, they claim they will call you back and never do, they also dont keep a ticket track, so when you call again, they have no idea whats going on, you always have to repeat your situation again, Zuku is not professional at all, even if they do drop their rates and up their bandwidth, they will only call 5% of their clients and upgrade the speed for free..... for 2 years they didnt upgrade mine and when i told them im on 5 mbps for 20k, they laughed and said "your account number doesnt exist on our system" but they would continue to send your office invoices of the same... Is Kenya ever going to release a good internet service for homes and office's which really give whats exactly advertised? Come On Facebook, we're all waiting to hop on the train!

Option 1- Tell them you will nolonger be paying for their services and will cease to be a customer.
option 2- if above doesnt work just get safaricom Vuma or JTL Faiba.
Ps- Where are your offices located?

Ive been with internet since it launched in the country, swift global, africa online, isp kenya, safaricom, orange, simbanet, access kenya & zuku, they all seem to let their customers down... for all our mobile devices Airtel is doing a good job, but home & office solutions im still stumped, (Faiba is not available in both our areas)
What are you offering?
