They are matching Saf Fiber prices but their Customer service is crap. I subscribed to their fiber and the link went down for 3 days and they were not picking calls.
Kati ya safcom n Zuku which better/reliable
Zuku and saf are shit in different ways but saf are more professional. Pia nilikuwa na 30mbs ya Zuku and it was slower than saf 10mbs.
i’m on saf home fibre 5mbps na sio mbaya sana, it can load up 1080p vids on youtube with zero buffering na download speed ni 600 to 800Kb/s.
zuku sijawai jaribu but nimeona watu wao wamlia sana kuliko sisi wa sufferingcom, sijui net inapotea throughout the day or sometimes for days, mara net gets slow often, customer care is shit. lakini kwa saf net ni rare sana ipote. the only time net inaweza potea ni kama wanafanya maintainance which they inform you of by text a few days prior or when a connection issue occurs. slow net is also rare.
on saf everything was perfect until they messed up bandwidth management. you see, you can’t really download stuff at full speed and browse at the same time. you have to pick one or install something like IDM as your default downloader and limit download speed. i set mine to 300Kb/s thereby i’m able download and browse and youtube at 720p at the same time.
Zuku is cheaper but if you are doing serious stuff,utapata vidonda vya tumbo,

Zuku is shit on fibre. Net itaenda down for days, they keep telling you to switch of the router. Shhiiiit.
I use Zuku at home and Safaricom fibre in the office… Zuku is better at home but of course their customer service is real shit… They only call and text you severally to remind you to pay especially if it is the due date and you have not paid…

Safcom is the best nastream anything live plus kuna vile 2WQ huwa inawork …
