ZUKU VS SAFCOM

I currently use Zuku for TV and data and their services seems to have deteriorated.I want to switch to safcom.Who has had experience between the two?.

Was having the same issue with Zuku mpaka I contacted saf and then out of the blues zuku became pretty good so nimewaweka probation for a month to observe them closely.

I use Safaricom.
2 months now and never experienced a downtime. Had only one problem but a team was dispatched immediately after calling and all was sorted out in less that ten minutes.

Nimekuwa nikitumia safcom fibre kwa ofisi na pia iyo uenda chini esp on fridays just like zuku. Sijui kama fridays huwa na effect kwa internet tao, friday i had difficulties downloading a 3gb stuff on safcon 10mbps, jioni wakati hakuna traffic

Nakumbuka the most nimekaa bila net ni siku tatu. day one I thought ni kawaida ya stima; coz hizo extender zao use power. Day two nikashuku labda line yangu imekatwa na lori, jioni nikawacall, next walikuwa hapa wakapata ni router ilichapa settings. Other days huwa juu ya stima kulost area.

Inakaa hio time hauku notice, kuna time walikuwa na shida ya net almost 2 weeks, net ilikuwa off ama speed ya 256kbps, twitter ilikuwa matusi tu

Not unless nilikuwa nimetravel, ama juu then nilikuwa na ka-1Mbps sikuona difference but kuna siku one of those extender (ama ni repeaters) zenye wamehang kwa pole ilikuwa na shida ya stima, hao wasee walikuwa wanakuja na generator yao daily just to power it from 7 am to midnight for like a week, hadi siku ilifixiwa…

niliichorea kwanza was told my area is not covered. u sure haiko limited… have u done more than 30GB in a month?
