A career in espionage

There is a geopolitics company that got hacked a while ago and they were hiring guys who are highly placed enough within the country to gather intelligence for them. Its usually shrouded within some strategist job or such .

it is not as glamourous as it sounds, most of the time it is paper work (of course depending with your dept) on ur desk…around 5% of the guys are deployed in the field, n even then there is no theatrics kama za james bond

The downside is if you are identified as a spy…either by criminal networks you are spying or counter intelligence guys incase of international espionage…then you find yourself in the fingernail factory. The story of Kenyan spy named ‘munuhe’ in the kabuga pursuits, plus the stories of Mossad spies Jonathan Pollard, Ben Zygier and Eli Cohen could be of some help to you.

The romance of Blue Passports ; diplomatic passports and likely immunity and being protected by a plethora of concessions and treaties comes with several benefits.

Take CIA ; those guys used state resources and immunity to set up the best drug networks. The access these guys have is unrelenting

@MayDay it depends on where u r deployed…many NIS officers have died in Msa in recent years, so issue ya immunity when criminals or terrorists r trailing u as well doesn’t come up

I understand the job comes with a lot of risks and you will find the greatest risk is being sold out by your colleagues .

Attaches in foreign embassies are the ones who have the most fun : or risks . Espionage was in my mind foreign because locally maybe probably investigations and things get ugly
