They don’t normarlly handle the payments. But if go to thier ofices they can give you the names and numbers of their Workers or agents abroad and you can send them money directly to pay for the goods.
Believe it or not: western union for AliExpress. For other sites, I’ve used MPESA (via ukdukas.co.uk or SavoStore.com for instance) or I send resident pals to buy and send then I refund.
