IEBC have washed and hung enough of their dirty linen in public. Nowdays their social media presence is merely based on ‘clarifications’ and fight-backs. I think Mr. Chebukati is the embodiment of weakness as the chairperson of the commission and his figurehead mentality has crippled the entire commission.
