i had said it here before the Kenyan public will not tolerate their soldiers being butchered at such a scale…intend of standing by their troops they will demand waridishwe Huku Kenya kwa barracks…we all know it…and I guess they know it too
I would think its because the conventional tactics of the regular armies are not working well against an ever changing and adaptive guerrilla forces. In Iraq they used our own manuervers against the US forces and would catch us in the weak points. Attack fast and disappear like smoke. If the army attempts to pursue them, the rebels would change their MO and become bait to lead troops into kill box/boobytraps
