That business is way saturated I would advise you stay away from it or such. A simple rule for any business is the easier is to start the less profitable it is … the less the entry barriers the less the profits (eg mama mbogas,) think of it most of the time it’s true the harder/more barriers the most profits eg Banks, Telecom large Hospitals , Manufacturing etc…
If you locate it in an area with few hardware stores and in far flung but up coming areas like kitengela na bisil and as long as there’s new construction going on the business can never be saturated.
This is a business I would like to get into one day
