Why cant we let investigations get completed? It is impossible to play out all probabilities on a complex system like an aircraft, add to that the complexity of pilot reaction and thought process when aircraft systems fail to may day status. For that reason it makes no sense roasting Boeing before conclusive investigations. Who know, could have been duct tape left on during maintenance…
